Code of Conduct

EPICLOOT strives to create a welcoming place for all our customers and staff. In that respect we ask that everyone conduct themselves in a way to ensure our space is as welcoming as possible. You may be asked to leave if we observe any of the following:

DISCRIMINATION
We ask all customers to behave fairly and without predudice to all other customers as well as staff. Commentary or actions that are biased toward race, sexual orientation, religion, class, age or gender are not allowed.

FOUL OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE
We try and provide a family friendly atmosphere and ask that you refrain from using inappropriate or foul language.

DRUGS AND/OR ALCOHOL
Anyone caught with illegal drugs at Epic Loot, including parking lots, will result in us contacting law enforcement. Any consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs at Epic Loot will result in a ban from all Epic Loot establishments.

SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or Vaping - Epic Loot does not allow any smoking or vaping inside the building. We have designated smoking areas outside.

BULLYING
Hazing, discriminatory or derogatory language, comments or activities that would be considered bullying will not be tolerated at any level.

IMPROPER ATTIRE
Wearing inappropriate or offensive attire is not allowed.

POOR PERSONAL HYGIENE
If your personal hygiene is noticeably offensive by staff or customers, you may be asked to leave. (Epic Loot does supply a limited amount of personal hygiene products in all of our restrooms).

SELLING PRODUCT
Conducting personal or non-Epic Loot business is strictly prohibited. While we encourage an active trade community, the exchange of cash or credit in-store is prohibited.

SOLICITING
Customers must ask for permission from the store management before promoting or soliciting for other businesses or non-profits in the store.
